."Hello , after a long gap i am blogging , the tittle which i have chose today is WHAT WILL BE NEXT? When we talk or do some work continually we dont know what is happening and what we are going to get, So when we start a work and do it with full confidence that we will achive the target, this is a normal mans thinking, But a efficient writer or a person must think and work to the progress of breaking the targets to be achieved and it must keep on penetrating to the next targets that what he wants to face, At some levels of penetrating the targets or his barriers when he turns back and see what is left or remaining behind there comes nothing. So when we do a action which we have it in our mind and to work on we have the confidence of solving the next problem that we are going to face.

No one dosent know that how many targets or barriers we have in our life and in the work we do so we are forced or commanded to do the action with the resources provided in our hand, so with the confidence and mind stability and with the knowledge each and everyone can rock and keep on penetrating. The world is telling all of us to have love and peace. What is love? many of us tell is a feeling which can only be felt. Do we think we keep something constantly on the subject which we love. I would tell that no one can make the lovable one happy without crying. When a man is getting married he loves his wife and his wife too loves him. When they both get a kid, the love of mother is taking more care on the kid. The kid is provided all with the best that the mother could give. When a certain point of time, when the kid is grown up into a man, mom thinks that still he is a child and she expects to tell each and everything to her. If the kid started to hide something which is important, the break of love starts. When the mother comes to know that her kid has done such types of things, may be a good thing or a bad thing. Sharp kids understand how to maintain it. What about dull kids, kids which is always spoon feed ed my their parents? That is why many of them tell love is blind. If we keep on meeting new friends and people, at one point there might be many fans for us. When it comes to love, We don't live for us, we live for others whom we love. So who is living for himself/herself? But the concept of life is to make others happy. so when we cross a particular stage by making others happy we don't have the mind set to laugh of others. when we are kept silent to watch others making you laugh you don't laugh about it. UGC is said as the UNIVERSITY GRANT COMMISSION where it appreciates the research scholars and also funds the scholars. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP is said as JRF. This fellowship gives the scholars not only by funding them, also it is the gateway of teaching. Who is eligible for the examination? This is the syllabus for the UGC examination 2009 in the field of CRIMINOLOGY. The syllabus has 10 units.

When we are out from our home do we feel that is our home secured? This is the common question which rises from our mind. Have we taken the necessary steps for keeping our home secured? When a criminal is planning to attack the home he first thinks of the basic steps that how to get into the home. First the criminal watches the home for an average of two to three weeks. Then he may visit the home by some means where we cannot notice that, in the means of pizza delivery man, plumber, gas connection delivery man, and service man etc. We may not doubt the person who comes inside it because we might only give the invitation for the access for our needs.

Here the criminal checks for some safety measures which must be kept in the home. The criminal watches the home, whether it is a single home or is it situated in a group. Then he checks the door locking system of the home. Then he checks for the fire alarm in the home. Then he finds out is there any pet animals like dog. If we have dog in our home it's difficult for the criminal to get involved in the crime. He then looks for the measurements of the door. Then he looks for the space to get into the home. The Most pathetic thing is the criminal makes a note of the timings when the securities or any other guards forgets his duty conscious, He's also a human not a machine. If he comes inside he checks will he be watched from outside the home. If the window spacing or the glass doors are fixed into the home the criminal feels that his mission will be more risky. Then the criminal checks for the phone connection in the home. When he is prepared for the attack, he takes the plan for disconnecting the telephone line. So it's safer to have more connections in the home. For more security measures we can have a hidden camera in our home to watch who is coming and crossing the area borders inside the home or the place where we need the security. Hi folks many record are providing some shocking information on crime rate of INDIA when analyzed. According to NCRB (National Crime Research Bureau) the crime statistic is 21.34 % less than that of USA. This can be a result of many issues, Judicial System, Corruption, Lack of advance technology and financial crises. When further researched on these issues we find one more major defect Punishment.

Does the punishment provided by Indian Government create an awareness of the criminal Judiciary, According to my point of view the answer is No... The punishment given for the crime done is not fair, It’s only in Ok state more over the enforcement and procedures followed to fulfill the punishment is very tedious and more complicated..Most of the crime cases are not been recorded. This is due to the life span of each and every case. Time duration of a single case can be a life time of the victim who has given the case. Whenever the victim goes to file a case in the police station, first the victim is not treated as a victim. He is treated as an offender, By analyzing the actions done to the victim he automatically get back his statement from the police station. At that time the station in charge officer doesn’t leave the victim to go out. At that time he calls or interrogate with the offender and if the offender is ready to satisfy the needs of the police man. The police man himself takes the power in his hand and he thinks as he is the judicial power and tells the victim that I will solve the case. The victim also believes this and he is returning home with lots of barrier in his heart. Then the offender and the police officials behind the knowledge of the victim shares whatever they talked before.

When the victim comes to know the background play between the cases he gets emotional and the victim is ready to commit any crime against the offender (the real victim). So this is how the victim can be easily changed as offenders. In my point of view for solving one crime every victim he himself has the identity of victim revenge to finish the offender. So the common man itself is having a criminal knowledge of thinking. This is said as a crime. So where is the justice for the victim? Who is going to help the victims? We need to do something in action. So let’s get prepared for doing new things in the current scenario of crime.

Most humans have stereo type mindsets and it’s hard to change our mindset. Every citizen in his country is a police man, even though he is not recruited by police department he can live like them. For that what we must do it? Stop your wordings and start to work it out. First try to see all the problems around you as your problem. Then analyze the root cause of the problem and try to solve the root cause of the problem. Brave police man will have lot of problem in his work and in his life. Brave police men have to handle them by themselves or a good life partner must understand them and help them to taste the fruit of success. Many people think that physical fitness is needed to be police men. It is needed to be a police man, but the master brain in the police team doesn’t require it.
